April Sturko grew up in a small town - no - really small, there were no street lights, that kind of small. But from that starting point in Elk Point AB, she’s developed a fascinating and successful career. April moved to Edmonton in 2004 to attend the University of Alberta, earning a degree that set her on the path to a whole new life. Transformed by her new location into a city girl, a change that she’s more than happy with, April now has a full, eclectic and fun day-to-day. She balances her busy professional schedule with being a mom to a smart and funny 6 year old. Family is her passion and her son gives her purpose, direction and drive. A lover of outdoors, April can often be found out on an adventure where she will make a b-line for any dog she sees. Aprils professional career began in 2011 selling new homes : after building her own house she was hooked and her passion for real estate was ignited. 14 years later she hasn’t looked back. Aprils and Ryan has been a Centurion Award winning team since 2021 and contitues to push for the best deals for her clients. April is relatable, friendly and fun - she puts her clients at ease while she works her magic and get great results.

Ryan McDonald is a passionate and committed real estate agent who has built his career on discipline, consistency and genuine care for people. Ryan is a husband to Alexandra and a proud father to Rockwell, with their dogs Minnie & Walt adding even more life to the home.
